While training is very important in a student's progress, singers need to perform and develop a comfortable presence in appearing before an audience. Stars Vocal Academy offers students many opportunities to perform for families, friends, and others through live performance settings.

Twice a year Stars Vocal Academy students participate in student recitals. The winter recital is held in the studio. The Spring recital is actually a "showcase of talent," complete with fully choreographed group numbers, duets and trios, and costumes. This free performance is always held in a special venue and is open to the public.

Each month any student with a completely prepared routine is able to perform in public. Performing under the name "Broadway Bound Kids," these students sing at local malls, senior centers, and retirement communities. These settings are ideal conditions to hone material before appreciative, live audiences.

In addition to the above venues, Stars Vocal Academy offers classes in musical theatre throughout the year. Watch the website for information on upcoming classes and mini-camps.

Ryder (Mascot)

has been an active greeter and buddy of Stars Vocal Students for a little over one year. He's convinced people come just to play with him! He enjoys "singing along" with warmups, and is working on his pitch. His projection is fine!
